What We Believe
·
There is but One Presence and One Power in the Universe.
·
This
Power is good and present everywhere.
·
There is one God, called by many different names and found through
many different paths.
·
We
are spiritual beings, created in God’s image. The spirit of God
lives within each person; everyone is a child of God.
·
Life
is consciousness. We create our life experiences through our
thoughts, words, and actions.
·
There is power in prayer and meditation.
·
Knowledge of spiritual principles is not enough. We must live them
daily.
Dr. Thayer is a member of the School of METANOIA,
an international networking of metaphysical healers and leaders.
The definition of Metanoia is- the ability to bring about change
and profound transformation on all levels of spiritual attunement,
so that old outdated and negative thought forms are no longer
present, and the new paradigm can emerge.
The teachings move the body and mind to the full
alignment with the living Light so that there is a trinity of
mind, body and spirit. The goal is to move from ego-centeredness
and judgment to a healthy state of personal, community and global
concern. The intent is to know that you are comfortable in your
own skin in any situation. We study so as to surmount the
challenges of the human cycle and consciously reflect on the
Divine each day. This is to change our focus from seeing events
in our lives which we label negative to the positive reality and
joy of welcomed experiences. There is only one Presence. All the
joy or misery of life is a matter of choosing to be in grace with
that Presence or not.
